Balance is made out of choises and prioritisation, acceptance and awareness. Leaving your comfort zone is a must.
In this workshop we will work conceptualizing what a good balance between Family, Work & Me Time should look like for YOU, what will work for you, what makes you feel good, which support you will need and what you need to give up to achieve such balance. Bonus Track: Sacrificing, but not too much.
During 1 hour & 30 minutes, we will put intese focus on your needs.
