During 1 hour & 30 minutes we will define your own stress curve. What is stress? What means to be stressed for you? Where in your body you feel it? How do you react to it?

And will give you simple techniques to use when you feel your stress level raises, and easy tools to monitor your stress and reduce it, building resilience.
